I was just telling people this weekend that I WILL go to space in my lifetime, even if I’m 90 and the trip will kill me. Fortunately, I’ll be able to go a lot sooner. While I don’t have the $100,000 or $200,000 companies are per-booking for, I’m sure I’ll be able to afford it eventually, as I’m guessing they’ll be able to give us a two-adult travel package for $10,000-$20,000 in the next decade. Not only that, but Spaceport America will be within driving distance to me (New Mexico) in 2010.

It looks cool enough. It will be home to the XPrize Cup, Virgin Galactic, Starchaser Industries, Rocket Racing League, and Up Aerospace so far.
