That’s an insane amount of traffic Joe. I’m still a “noob”, but I know that traffic depends on a lot of different things. If you could choose just one thing (program, rule, SEO, whatever) that has helped you gain the most traffic, besides of course the Entrecard slots, what would it be?

mikey777: One of the biggest things, I think, is the contests. They tend to drive a lot of traffic. Also, it seems like every time I tear apart some electronic device and post all the pictures and how-to, that post gets traffic for a long time. My first one about replacing a heat sink and fan in an older Dell still gets a lot of traffic from the search engines months later.

Thanks for the info. and quick reply Joe. These are definitely a few things I’m going to try. I’ve read a lot about what posts receive the most traffic, but it’s always nice to hear it first hand. I appreciate the help :) I had a quick idea for those slots of yours. How about having a progressive EC jackpot, you know like MegaBucks in Las Vegas? Might be an interesting experiment.
