		<description>Paul: I think he planned on being President and wouldn&#039;t need the domain either way, but he could have at least forked over $90 to have the domain for 10 years.  At least that way, he could have done something as simple as forward it to his favorite candidate or the LoC or whitehouse.gov or something.</description>
