Kristen,

Sprint had good service when I used them, but the customer service was horrible. I would sooner be without a cell phone than use Sprint again. In any case, I love the iPhone, but AT&T still owes me some love. The service in my office seems a little better and I heard a buzz about more towers coming, but for now, I’m still holding my breath.

I had friends who switched carriers when the IPhone came out. Some regret it and some are happier. I personally kind of like the phone but would never switch carriers just to use one. i like Sprint, well Nextel, and have used it for years The service is great and the customer service beats most customer service I've used.
