Actually, I just grabbed a Hauppage HPTV-150 card and a copy of Beyond TV and I was off to the races.  However, make sure your video card has S-Video or some other means of outputting video to the TV.  I have an ATI Radeon card (model # escapes memory at the moment) and it works great.

Just keep cats away from it.  I've already fried a motherboard and now whatever this problem is, thanks to my crazy cats.</description>

		<description>I'm sorry to hear about this Joe, but I think that it was actually a feat in itself just getting the computer to hook up with the TV as opposed to simply using TiVo.  To be honest, I'm actually thinking of doing that myself.  Was it difficult, or not?</description>
