New Alexa Stats Page

(click the image for the full size)

Alexa hasn’t always been the best indicator of traffic, but it’s pretty good for a quick snapshot and it is very handy when I’m looking at another site and want to know how they’re doing. For a long time, the Alexa stats pages have been the same. Not any more. I noticed this morning that Alexa changed the “Reach” to display as a percentage of the world’s web browsing population, which is much better than just guesstimating. Further down the page, they added geographic information. I am liking it so far. It won’t drag me away from Google Analytics, but it’s a step up.

Now I’m just wondering if more is on the way.

VentureOne

Introducing the VentureOne, a revolutionary 3-wheel, tilting, plug-in Hybrid vehicle. This unique 2-passenger flex-fuel Hybrid vehicle will achieve 100 miles per gallon, accelerate from 0-60 in 6 seconds with a top speed of over 100 mph, yet at a retail price of under $20,000.

Venture Vehicles has a new hybrid just about ready to hit the road. My initial concern with anything that’s not technically a CAR is safety but it looks like they have many of my concerns covered. Head over to the site to see video, read the specs, etc.
